Maintenance: 

1. The snap ring cannot be reused. A new snap ring must be used when updating a new pick.
2. Please immediately replace worn, dulled picks, and worn pick adapters to reduce the load on equipment and other accessories.
3. The pick must be able to rotate flexibly in the pick seat. If the pick is stuck, tap it lightly with a brass or rubber mallet. When installing new picks, the hole of the tool holder should be cleaned to ensure that the pick head rotates freely.
4. Please use the correct tool to install the pick, such as a brass hammer or a rubber hammer. Never hit the pick head with a hammer or metal object.
5. Please make sure that the pick socket is welded at the correct Angle, and that the pick is installed correctly and in place.
6. Please keep the tip extension of the pick appropriate to avoid affecting the cutting width and causing excessive load on the equipment and other accessories.
7. In the case of missing picks, suspend the use of the pile drilling tool.
